Salon Policies
By scheduling an appointment, the guest is agreeing to all policies stated

Deposits:
f you have paid a deposit for a service, the remaining balance will be due at checkout.
You may reschedule your appointment within the same calendar month without losing your deposit.
If you cancel and reschedule for a date beyond the original month, a new deposit will be required.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Credit Cards:
A valid credit card is required on file to secure your appointment.

Cancellations:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of the booked service(s).
Weather-related cancellations are exempt from this policy.
No-Shows:
If you fail to contact me and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
To rebook after a no-show, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

If you are running late, please call the salon or reach out to me directly as soon as possible. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, you may be subject to:
Forfeiting your appointment and being charged a 100% cancellation fee, or
Being offered an adjusted service based on the remaining time available.
I understand that delays happen, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you when possible.

Refunds:
All services are non-refundable.
Redos:
My goal is to build a long-lasting relationship with you and help you achieve your hair goals. If adjustments are needed, I would rather work with you to make things right.
Redo appointments are available within one week of your original appointment. After that timeframe, adjustments will require booking a new appointment at full cost.
If your hair has been altered by another salon or by yourself, the redo policy is voided.

An in-person consultation is required for all color correction services.
Color correction pricing is charged by the hour to ensure the time and detail required for the best results.

Service prices vary based on several factors, including:
Hair length
Density
Product usage
Time required
